About Your Instructor:

• Gayle has committed her adult life to helping and teaching children and adults.
  
• Gayle is a trained educator (BA, MS) who has specialized as a certified Pilates Instructor in the Polestar School of Pilates and is a member of the PMA.
  
• Gayle trained with Sherri Betz, a physical therapist and Vice President of Polestar.
  
• Gayle is establishing a private Pilates practice in tranquil Laguna Niguel.
  
• Throughout her life Gayle has experienced issues with fitness and body.
  
• Pilates has personally changed and enhanced Gayle’s life enabling her own transformation as illustrated.
